User Agreement

Rorai User Agreement

Effective: June 22, 2026

1. Using the App

These terms apply when you install, open, or otherwise use Rorai. The app helps you organize local device records, generate QR labels, track maintenance, and manage Coins-based unlocks for selected features. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the app.

The current version is intended for personal, household, and small office equipment management. It is not a guarantee of inventory accuracy, warranty coverage, or compliance with any external standard.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including dates, model numbers, notes, and the content that appears on printed or shared labels. If a record is wrong, incomplete, or outdated, the app may display that same error.

You are also responsible for protecting your device, any exported files, and any physical label that you place on equipment. If you share a QR label, other people may see whatever information you included on it.

3. Device Records and Labels

Device records, maintenance entries, and label settings are stored locally for your convenience. The app uses those records to render summaries, reminders, and labels. The app does not turn your records into legal proof of ownership or a warranty confirmation from the manufacturer, seller, or insurer.

You may export, print, or back up your records through system tools. Once you export or print information, you control where it goes next.

4. Purchases Through Apple

Coins are one-time in-app purchases processed by Apple. They are not a subscription, do not renew automatically, and have no cash value. Apple may show the price, handle payment, and report purchase status so the app can update your balance.

Some features may require Coins, including extra label styles, batch label export, larger device storage limits, or fuller backup export options. If a purchase fails or is canceled, the related feature remains locked until the transaction is completed.

Refunds and billing support for App Store purchases are handled according to Apple’s rules and the law that applies to your location.

5. Platform and Third-Party Terms

The app may rely on Apple services, system printing, system sharing, or other device-level functions. Those services are controlled by their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for an outage, delay, or limitation that comes from a third-party service outside our control.

Any reminder, print, or share action depends on the features available on your device and operating system.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We may also change how a feature works, including how labels are rendered or how Coins are used, so long as we do not misrepresent the paid value that was already delivered.

We do not promise uninterrupted operation, and we do not promise that the app will match every future device model, printing setup, or system configuration.

7. Disclaimers and Liability Limits

The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will be error free, that every QR label will scan in every situation, or that every record will remain correct if you change it or delete it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate user input, device failure, printing problems, or the way a third party uses information you shared. If liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific paid feature that gave rise to the claim.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms when the app changes or when the law changes. If you keep using the app after an update becomes effective, that continued use means you accept the updated terms.
